ENROL NOW April School Holiday Program It’s easy to see where Bricks & Stones got its name. Nestled in a charming heritage listed building that has been beautifully restored, the open and relaxing space is the perfect meeting place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. And now with its new rear cour tyard, you can enjoy a relaxing meal or coffee in the sunshine. Owner Michael Lucas and his head chef are creating food that is both delicious and healthy, so you can have the best of both worlds. And there is something for everyone on the mouth-watering menu. “Our new spring/summer menu has everything from greens and grains and wakey bakey eggs for breakfast, to salads and burgers for lunch,” says Michael. “Our burgers have a certain twist on what you would normally expect. Our Angus beef burger with a stout béchamel glaze is stuffed with blue vein cheese that melts through the patty.” “ We offer quality food and quality service. We are not a health food café, we cater for everyone, but we have a healthy focus. I think more people are looking at a healthy lifestyle and we are trying to reflect that. People are realising that healthy food can taste good,” Michael says. You can find Bricks & Stones at the rear of 190 Unley Road, Unley (enter off Arthur Street). Check out their menu at bricksandstones.com.au Michael Lucas and Kyle Wood.
