16 From the ground up Troy Klemm is passionate about building dream homes for his clients. Troy and joint business owner Scott Camporeale started Camporeale & Klemm Built (CK Built) in 2015 and they take pride in working closely with clients throughout the entire process. “ T here is nothing better than turning someone’s dream on paper to reality,” Troy says. “ We recently had a customer cry when she saw her kitchen installed and then you realise that we are doing our little part in creating their dream home.” As the business has grown, it’s moved from a home office to a new premise on Unley Road. “ We picked Unley Road as it’s five minutes from the city and centrally located no mat ter if you’re building at the beach or the leafy eastern suburbs,” he says. “ T he City of Unley is dynamic, changing and we wanted to be in an area that suppor ts local businesses and was close to the city centre.” Troy, who was named MBA Young Builder of the Year 2015, says they want CK Built to be the first choice when building a premium custom home in Adelaide. “ We understand that building a new home is one of the most important and financially engaging times in anyone’s life,” he says. “After all, your home is your private sanctuary. For more information visit ckbuilt.com.au Local residents eagerly waited outside the new Baskin-Robbins’ store on Unley Road in December, hoping to be one of the first five through the doors to win a year’s supply of ice cream. Baskin-Robbins local Franchise Partner Alistair Lodsman says the promise of free ice-cream drew in a crowd of almost 700 people and he was thrilled to hand out free scoops to all of them on the day. “I was overwhelmed with the response from the Malvern community around our store opening, it’s great to be able to share the happiness through Baskin- Robbins’ ice cream,” A listair says. Unley Mayor Lachlan Clyne at tended the Grand Opening and cut the store ribbon with Alistair. “It was amazing to see how the Unley community embraced the store on their opening day. They clearly have a tasty product that works in well with the surrounding businesses on Unley Road,” Mayor Clyne ays . The Malvern Baskin-Robbins store has the latest state-of-the-art international store design which includes the new dedicated topping station, offering guests a choice of decadent toppings and delights to complement their favourite ice cream flavour.
